The Forms and Surveys Submissions page in Captivation Hub has been updated with several improvements that make it easier to view, manage, and export your form data. Here's a look at what's new and how to use each feature.
What's New
Expanded Column View
Previously, only a few columns were shown in the submissions table (such as name and email). Now, all columns from your form are visible at once, so you don't need to click into each submission just to see the data.
Dynamic Column Management
You can now select, deselect, and reorder the columns in the table to see your data the way you want it. Click Manage Columns to choose which fields appear and in what order.
Copy and Link Functionality
Phone numbers and email addresses in the submissions table can now be copied directly with a single click. URLs within submissions can also be opened directly from the table — no need to click into the full submission to access them.
How to Use the Submissions Page
Step 1 — Navigate to Submissions
In your Captivation Hub account, go to Funnels > Forms, then click the Submissions tab.
Step 2 — View an Individual Submission
Click the expand icon next to any submission to open it and view all submitted responses in detail.
Step 3 — Download a PDF Copy of a Submission
When viewing an individual submission, use the PDF download dropdown to choose your preferred format:
- New PDF Layout — Cleaner format, optimized for on-screen viewing and sharing.
- Old PDF Layout — Matches the previous format, useful if you need consistency with prior downloads.
Step 4 — Manage Table Columns
Click Manage Columns in the table view to choose which fields are displayed as columns. Select or deselect fields to show only what's relevant, and drag to reorder them to match your workflow.
Step 5 — Select and Delete Entries (or Download as CSV)
Use the checkboxes to select one or more submissions. From there, you can download the selected entries as a CSV file or delete them if needed.
Step 6 — Export All Submissions
To export your full submissions list, click the Export button. This downloads all submissions in CSV format, which you can open in a spreadsheet tool for further analysis.
Additional Tips
- Resize columns — You can adjust column widths in the table by dragging the edges of the column headers to make them wider or narrower.
- Copy contact info — Hover over a phone number or email in the table to reveal a copy icon for quick copying.
