This article walks you through how to find and interpret your funnel and website performance data inside Captivation Hub. You'll learn where to find the stats, what each metric means, and how to use the broader Analytics dashboard to spot trends over time.
Step 1 — Navigate to Your Funnel or Website
In your Captivation Hub account, go to Funnels in the left navigation. From the top navigation ribbon, choose either Funnels or Websites, depending on what you want to review.
Click the three-dot menu next to the funnel or website you'd like to analyze and select Edit.
Step 2 — Open the Stats Tab
Once you're inside the funnel or website editor, look for the Stats tab in the top secondary navigation bar. Click it to view performance data for that funnel or website.
Use the timeline dropdown in the upper-right corner to filter results by a custom date range.
Step 3 — Analyze Your Stats
The stats table breaks down performance by page (each funnel step). Here's what each column shows:
- Page — The name of the funnel step or page
- Views (All / Uniques) — Total visits and unique visitors
- Opt-ins (Count / Rate) — Number of form submissions and the opt-in rate
- Sales (Count / Rate / Value) — Number of transactions, conversion rate, and total revenue
- Earnings / Page View — Average revenue generated per page view

Site and Funnel Analytics Dashboard
In addition to the page-level Stats tab inside each funnel, Captivation Hub also has a broader Analytics dashboard that gives you a visual overview across all your funnels and websites. It includes interactive graphs, comparison tools, and visitor segmentation — making it easier to spot trends and find opportunities to improve.
To access this dashboard, go to Funnels > Analytics.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't my stats match my Google Analytics data?
Google Analytics tracks sessions differently than Captivation Hub. Differences can come from bounce filtering, ad blockers, or visitors entering through non-funnel entry points. Both tools provide valuable data — they just measure things slightly differently.
Can I trigger a workflow based on page views?
Yes! Captivation Hub lets you trigger workflows when a contact views a specific funnel page. Look for page view triggers in the Workflow builder.
What counts as an opt-in?
Any successful form submission on a funnel step that includes a form block is counted as an opt-in.
Why do some funnel stats messages appear in another language?
Captivation Hub supports localized validation, error, and success messages. These messages use the locale setting tied to your account when available. If no locale applies, the platform falls back to the user's platform language, and then to English as the default.
