Opportunity Score helps you review your campaign setup in Captivation Hub Ad Manager before publishing. It checks key setup areas, highlights recommended improvements, and helps you prioritize updates that may improve campaign readiness. Use it as a pre-launch review tool to catch setup gaps before your campaign goes live.
Opportunity Score is available for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns on the Review screen.
What Is Opportunity Score?
Opportunity Score is a campaign-readiness tool in Captivation Hub Ad Manager that helps you review important parts of your campaign before launch. It gives you a percentage score, a band label, and specific recommendations so you can identify setup gaps and act on them — before you publish.
The Opportunity Score Panel
The panel appears on the Review screen before you publish. It shows your overall score as a percentage and a band label (such as Good, Fair, or Needs Work), along with a list of specific recommendations grouped by category.
Recommendation Categories
Recommendations are organized into the following areas:
- Audience — targeting setup, audience size, and segmentation gaps.
- Budget — daily or lifetime budget settings that may limit delivery.
- Creative — ad copy, images, or formats that could be improved.
- Tracking — pixel, conversion event, or attribution settings.
- Keywords — keyword coverage and match type settings (Google campaigns).
What to Fix First
Each recommendation shows its potential impact level. Focus on high-impact suggestions first — these are the settings most likely to improve campaign delivery and results. Lower-impact items can be addressed in follow-up edits after launch.
Step 1 — Go to Marketing > Ad Manager
Navigate to Marketing > Ad Manager in your Captivation Hub account.
Step 2 — Create or Open a Campaign
Create a new campaign or open an existing draft to continue setting it up.
Step 3 — Complete the Campaign Setup
Work through the campaign setup steps — platform, audience, budget, creative, and tracking. Opportunity Score evaluates all of these areas.
Step 4 — Go to the Review Screen
Once setup is complete, advance to the Review screen. The Opportunity Score panel will appear automatically.
Step 5 — Review Your Score and Recommendations
Check your overall score and read through the individual recommendations. Each one shows which area it belongs to and its potential impact.
Step 6 — Click a Recommendation to Fix It
Select any recommendation to jump directly to the relevant section of your campaign setup. Make the change, then return to the Review screen to see your updated score.
Step 7 — Publish When Ready
Once you've addressed the recommendations you want to act on, publish your campaign. You don't need a perfect score to publish — Opportunity Score is a guide, not a gate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a perfect score before I can publish?
No. Opportunity Score is informational — you can publish at any score. It's designed to help you make an informed decision, not to block your campaign.
Does the score update in real time as I make changes?
Yes. Each time you return to the Review screen, the score recalculates based on your current campaign settings.
Is Opportunity Score available for all campaign types?
It's currently available for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns in Captivation Hub Ad Manager.
What if I disagree with a recommendation?
You can skip any recommendation. The score will reflect what's configured, but publishing is always your call.
Will Opportunity Score catch every possible issue?
It covers the most common setup gaps. It's a helpful starting point, but you should always review your campaign settings with your own goals in mind.
