Save Progress on Long Forms, Surveys & Quizzes in Captivation Hub

Nobody likes losing their place halfway through a long form. With the new Save Progress feature, anyone filling out a multi-step Form, Survey, or Quiz in Captivation Hub can step away and pick back up right where they left off. Just flip on a toggle, and Captivation Hub takes care of the rest.

What's New

A new Save exit confirmation toggle is now available in the Settings tab for:

• Forms
• Surveys
• Quizzes

When it's turned on, a respondent's progress is automatically saved if they leave before submitting, so they can come back and pick up where they left off.

How It Works

If someone closes their browser, refreshes the page, or navigates away before submitting a Form, Survey, or Quiz, their progress is automatically saved. When they come back to the same Form, Survey, or Quiz, a Resume Progress modal appears, letting them:

• Continue from where they left off, or
• Start over with a new submission

Good to Know

• Save Progress is available for multi-step Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes.
• The feature is controlled using the Save exit confirmation toggle in the Settings tab.
• Progress is only saved automatically when the feature is enabled.
• The Resume Progress modal automatically matches your Form, Survey, or Quiz branding.
• Existing Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes stay unchanged until you explicitly turn the feature on.
