Forms are how you turn page visitors into contacts — and once submissions start rolling in, you'll want to know exactly where to find them. In Captivation Hub there are two places where form submission data lives, and which one you check depends on whether you're reviewing a single submission or looking at the contact's broader history.
Step 1 — View All Form Submissions
To see every submission across all your forms, head to Funnels > Forms at the top of the screen, then click Submissions. From here you can filter, search, and open individual submissions to see exactly what was entered on the form.
Step 2 — View Submission Data on the Contact
If you're using custom fields on a form, those values also flow through to the contact's record. Open Contacts, search for or click on the contact, and you'll see the custom field values populated on their Contact Details page alongside any other information you have on them.
Quick Tips
- Use the Submissions view for review. When you want a list of who submitted what, when, and from which form, the Submissions list is the fastest way to scan it.
- Use the contact record for context. When you're following up with a specific person and want their full history (form fills, page visits, calls, notes), open the contact instead.
- External form submissions show up too. If you're using External Tracking on third-party sites, those submissions land under Funnels > Forms > Submissions > External Forms.
