List View gives you a table-style view of your opportunities, making it easier to scan, sort, filter, and customize what you see across your pipeline. This article covers how to access it, what you can do with it, and how to use the All Pipelines option.
How to Access List View
Go to Opportunities and toggle to List View using the switch in the top right corner.
What You Can Do in List View
View Opportunities in a Table
All your opportunities are displayed in a clear, tabular format — easy to scan and quick to navigate.
Sort Across Fields
Sort opportunities by default fields or supported custom fields to prioritize records based on what matters to your business.
- In List View, click Sort.
- Select the field you want to sort by.
- Choose Ascending or Descending.
Supported custom field types: Single Line, Multi Line Text, Dropdown (Single Select), Radio Select, Number, Monetary, Phone, and Date.
Customize Your Columns
Choose which fields appear in the list. You can also resize and rearrange columns to match how you work.
Primary Contact Notes
Add a Primary Contact Notes column to see notes from an opportunity's primary contact directly in the list.
Open Customize Columns and enable Primary Contact Notes. Like other columns, you can resize it, sort by it, and include it in saved views. The column updates automatically when a new note is added to the primary contact.
Full Feature Parity with Board View
Everything available in Board view is also available in List View — advanced filters, robust search, bulk actions, and more.
Viewing All Pipelines in One List
The pipeline dropdown includes an All Pipelines option that brings opportunities from every pipeline into a single unified list.
- Open Opportunities and switch to List View. All Pipelines is only available in List View.
- Open the Pipeline dropdown and select All Pipelines.
- The list shows opportunities across every pipeline. The Pipeline column tells you which pipeline each opportunity belongs to.
- Optionally, save the view as a Smart List to return to it later.
A few things to know:
- All Pipelines is only available in List View — it's not supported in Board (Kanban) View.
- Smart Lists saved from the All Pipelines view are List-type only.
- Sorting by stage is not supported in this view — it defaults to sorting by Created date.
