What Is List View?
List View is a flexible way to see your opportunities in Captivation Hub. Instead of the standard pipeline board, it displays your deals in a scrollable table so you can sort, filter, and focus on exactly what matters most right now.
Step 1 — Switch to List View
Open the Opportunities section in your account. In the top-right corner of the pipeline, click the List View icon to toggle away from the board layout.
Step 2 — Sort Your Opportunities
Click any column header to sort your list by that field. Click again to reverse the sort order. You can sort by name, value, stage, assigned user, or any other visible column.
Step 3 — Filter the List
Use the filter options at the top of the list to narrow results by pipeline, stage, assigned user, date range, or other criteria. Filters stack, so you can combine multiple conditions at once.
Step 4 — Customize Visible Columns
Click the Columns button to choose which fields appear in your list. Show or hide details like opportunity value, last activity date, contact name, or custom fields to build the view that works best for your workflow.
Step 5 — Bulk Actions
Check the boxes next to multiple opportunities to select them, then use the bulk action toolbar to reassign, update the stage, or take other actions on all selected records at once — saving time when managing a large pipeline.
Step 6 — Open an Opportunity from List View
Click any opportunity name in the list to open its detail panel on the right side of the screen. You can view notes, tasks, communications, and make updates without leaving the list.
Step 7 — Save a Custom View
Once you have your filters and columns set up the way you like, save the configuration as a named view. This lets you and your team jump back to the same setup any time without rebuilding it from scratch.

Active filters persist within your session but are not saved as a permanent view unless you explicitly save the view configuration using the Save View option.
Can other team members see my saved views?
Saved views can be set as personal (visible only to you) or shared with the team depending on the permissions in your account settings.
