How to Access and View Your Form Submissions

When a contact fills out and submits one of your forms, all of that information is stored and ready for you to review inside Captivation Hub. Here's where to find it.

Viewing Form Submissions

To access submitted form responses, navigate to Funnels in the main left-hand navigation, then hover over Forms at the top of the screen and select Submissions from the dropdown. From there you can search or filter through all submissions and open any individual entry to see exactly what was entered on that form.

Viewing Responses in Contact Records

If your form uses custom fields, those responses will also appear directly on the contact's profile. To view them, go to Contacts and search for or click on the relevant contact — their submitted field data will be visible in the Contact Details panel.
