How To Setup and Use Order Bumps in Forms

Setting up Modern Order Bumps is straightforward when using Captivation Hub's intuitive Form builder. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Create a Form

1. Log in to your sub-account.
2. In the left sidebar, click Sites → select Forms → click Builder.
3. Click + Add Form.
4. Choose Start from Scratch or select a Template → click Create.
5. In the Element bar, drag the Sell Products element onto the form canvas.

Step 2: Add Your Main Product

1. Click on the Sell Products element.
2. In the right-side panel, click Add Product.
3. If you haven't created a product yet, click the link to open the Product creation page and set one up.
4. If you already have products, use the Please select the product dropdown.
5. Select Choose Product Type: Main Product.
6. Toggle Show Options for Description, Image, and Quantity to show/hide as needed.
7. Click Add Product to insert it.

Step 3: Add Your Bump Product

1. Click Add Product again.
2. Create a new product or select an existing one from the dropdown.
3. Select Choose Product Type: Bump Product.
4. Add a compelling headline.
5. Enable or disable the product image as desired.
6. Upload a new image or let the system fetch it from the product record.

Step 4: Customize the Bump Product Content & Visuals

1. Under Order Bump Style, pick Modern or Classic.
2. Use the Select Template dropdown to choose Template 1, 2, or 3.
3. In Highlight Text, enter an attention-grabbing snippet (e.g., "Grab the deal with one click").
4. Select an Icon to display next to the highlight text.
5. Toggle Show Price / Hide Price for the bump.
6. Customize background color, highlight text color, headline color, OTO headline, and OTO text colors.
7. Under Layout Settings, choose Single, Two, or Three column layout.
8. Under Product Selection, allow single or multiple selections.
