How to Use a Form or Survey Template

Using a form or survey template saves time and effort, as it provides a ready-made structure designed by experts for effectiveness and user-friendliness. It ensures consistency and professionalism, while still allowing customization to meet specific needs. Steps:

1. Navigate to Sites > Forms/Surveys
2. Click on the “+ Add Form” or “+ Add Survey” button on the top right corner
3. Choose the option to ‘Choose from Template’

1. Choose a template of your choice from the library and hit the continue button
