An online store in Captivation Hub is a virtual storefront that lets you sell products or services directly to customers. Customers can browse, select, and purchase from any device — and you manage everything from inside your Captivation Hub account.

- Automated Transactions: Payment processing and order management happen automatically.
Step 1 — Create and Configure Your Products
Before setting up your store, you need to create the products you want to sell. Navigate to Payments > Products to create and configure your product catalog.
For each product, you can:
- Set the product name and description (rich text formatting supported — bold, italics, lists, tables)
- Attach multiple images and videos
- Set pricing and configure variants (such as size or color) with their own prices
- Use the toggle at the top of the product to mark it as available in the online store
Note: Only one-time products appear in the online store by default. Recurring products can still be sold through funnels and order forms.
How to Delete a Store
Deleting a store removes only the pages that belong to that store. Your main website pages — such as Home or About — are not affected.
When you delete a store, Captivation Hub removes the store-related pages:
- Products List
- Product Details
- Cart
- Checkout
- Thank You
To delete a store:
- Go to Sites > Stores.
- Open the three-dot menu for the store, or open Store Settings.
- Select Delete Store.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation modal.
- Click Delete.
Important: Only store-related pages are deleted. Website pages remain unchanged. To remove the full website, use the Delete Website option from the website settings instead.
Step 2 — Activate and Edit Your Store on Your Funnel or Website
After your products are configured, you set up the storefront within your funnel or website. The store includes five automatically generated pages that your customers will move through:
- Products List Page: Showcases all your products to customers.
- Product Details Page: Displays rich text product descriptions with images and videos.
- Cart Page: Lets customers review items, add or remove products before checkout.
- Checkout Page: Customers enter shipping info and email, apply coupon codes, and pay via card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
- Thank You Page: Displays an order confirmation automatically after a successful payment.
You can customize the layout and design of each page using the funnel builder, and add other elements around the store elements to create a branded experience that matches your business.
Tracking Orders and Payments
You can track all orders and payments from your online store by navigating to Payments > Orders and Payments > Transactions. Refunds can also be processed from the same area.
Step 3 — Fulfill Orders and Share Shipment Details
Once an order comes in, it starts in an unfulfilled state. You can mark it as fulfilled and send tracking details directly to your customer.
To fulfill an order:
- Open the order from Payments > Orders.
- Click Fulfill on the items inside the order.
- Attach a tracking number, shipping provider, and tracking URL.
- Save — a fulfillment entry is automatically added to the order with the fulfillment date, tracking details, and number of items fulfilled. The customer receives their shipment information automatically.
Additional Notes for Your Online Store
- Only one-time products are included in the online store. Recurring products can still be sold through funnels and order forms.
- You can configure different pricing for different variants of a product. Each variant inherits the product's base price by default.
- Product images display regardless of which variant is selected — per-variant images are not currently supported.

Q: Can I sell subscription or recurring products in the online store?
No, only one-time products are listed in the online store by default. Recurring products can be sold using funnels and order forms.

Q: Can I set a default image for each product variant?
