Integrating your Shopify store with Captivation Hub allows you to sync key data such as orders, customers, inventory, and products. Follow the step-by-step guide below to set up the integration.
Step 1: Access Shopify Integration in Captivation Hub
- Log into your Captivation Hub account.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Scroll down to Integrations and locate the Shopify widget.
- Click Connect to begin the integration process.
Before proceeding, you will need:
✅ Admin API Access Token from Shopify
✅ Your Shopify store name
Step 2: Create a Custom App in Shopify
- Log into your Shopify account.
- Go to Settings > Apps and Sales Channels.
- Click Develop Apps and enable Custom App Development.
- Click Create an App, then name your app (e.g., "MyShop Captivation Hub App").
- Click Create App to proceed.
Step 3: Configure API Permissions in Shopify

- Paste this into the Shopify Store Name field in Captivation Hub.
Click Next to proceed.
Step 5: Import Data & Sync Settings
- Choose which elements to import:
- Contacts
- Orders
- Products
- Collections
- Click Next.
- Configure additional sync settings:
- Order Received
- Payment Received
- Click Save to complete the integration.
Step 6: Manage & Monitor Your Integration
After setting up the integration, you can:
- Adjust settings by clicking the Settings button in the integration panel.
