How It Works

You can send the payment update link through the quick action menu on the subscription list page or the Actions section on the subscription detail page. Business users can email the link directly to customers or copy it to send through other communication channels. These one-time-use links are valid for 30 days. Customers simply click the link to view and update their subscription details, and the new payment method will be charged starting from the next billing cycle. Business users can generate multiple links and deactivate all outstanding links directly from the subscriptions page for any given subscription.

How to Use

1. Navigate to Subscriptions:
   • Go to the subscription list page in the payments tab.

   • From the quick action menu or the Actions section, select the option to send a payment update link.

• Choose to either email the link directly or copy it to send through another method.
