Connect TikTok in Social Planner

Captivation Hub's Social Planner allows you to connect TikTok personal or business accounts so you can schedule and publish posts directly from the platform.

Connect TikTok Personal or Business Account

Step 1: Navigate to Social Planner

Log into your sub-account, go to Marketing, and click on Social Planner.

Step 2: Open the Connect Option

When visiting Social Planner for the first time, a setup wizard will appear with a connect option. If you've already visited Social Planner, click the Settings (Gear icon) in the top right to manage your connected accounts.

Step 3: Add Your TikTok Account

After clicking Add Account, you will see the option to add either a TikTok Personal or TikTok Business account. Select the type that applies to your account.

Step 4: Log Into TikTok

Log into your TikTok Business or Personal account to authorize the integration with Social Planner.

Step 5: Choose Your TikTok Account

After logging in, choose the TikTok account you want to connect to Social Planner.

Step 6: Manage Connected Accounts

You can manage all connected social accounts at any time from the Settings (Gear icon) in Social Planner.
