Switching Between Captivation Genius and Your White Label Workspace

When you log in to Captivation Genius, you actually have access to two separate views. Understanding how to switch between them will save you a lot of confusion.

The Two Views

• Captivation Genius (Main View): This is where you will find all of the pre-built applets created by our team. These are the tools referenced in your training, including the Book Author Suite, Faceless IG Suite, Freemium Creator, and more. You can use any of these applets as part of your subscription.
• Your White Label Workspace: This is your own branded space where you can build and manage your own custom applets. When you first start out, this view may be empty, and that is completely normal.

How to Switch Between Views

1. Look for the dropdown menu at the very top of the page.
2. Click the dropdown. You will see "Captivation Genius" listed as one option, and your own white label name (whatever you chose during setup) as the other.
3. Select "Captivation Genius" to access the pre-built applets.
4. Select your white label name to go back to your own workspace.

Good to Know

The platform remembers which view you were in last. So if you log out while viewing your white label workspace and then log back in, you will land in that same view. If you are expecting to see the pre-built applets and the screen looks empty, just use the dropdown to switch to "Captivation Genius" and everything will load up.
