The Opportunity Created workflow trigger in Captivation Hub seamlessly integrates the lost reason filter into key triggers and actions, providing greater flexibility and efficiency in sales automation. Triggers when a new opportunity is created, it's useful for initiating sales processes or follow-ups.

How to Use the Opportunity Created Workflow Trigger

Step 1: Start a new workflow or edit an existing one

• Navigate to the workflow section within Captivation Hub platform and either create a new workflow or select an existing one to edit.
  

Step 2: Creating and Editing the Trigger

• Click on "Add New Workflow Trigger" to initiate the trigger setup process.
• Select "Opportunity Created" from the available triggers in the menu.
• Optionally, modify the display name of the trigger for easier identification within the workflow builder.
  
  
• Under Filters, define the specific conditions for triggering the workflow, such as the lost reason filter.
  
• Customize filters as needed to target specific opportunities.
• Utilize the lost reason filter available in other triggers like Opportunity Changed, Status Changed, Stale Opportunities, and Pipeline Stage Changed.
  
  For Opportunity Changed, you can also filter based on the Lost reason update as follows:
  
• Save the trigger to finalize the setup.

Step 3: Set up applicable Workflow Action(s)

• After setting up the trigger, define the actions that should be automated based on the opportunity created event.
• Choose from a variety of workflow actions available within Captivation Hub.
• Configure each action according to your specific requirements to streamline follow-up processes or resource allocation.
• Utilize the lost reason filter in Create/Update Opportunity actions and If/Else operators to enhance workflow customization.

Step 4: Save and Test the Workflow

• Press "Save" in the top right corner of your browser to save the workflow.
• If ready, enable the workflow by setting the toggle switch to "Publish."
