AI Studio has built-in analytics and form submission tracking, so you can monitor your published projects without adding any tracking code. You can review page views, visitor engagement, opt-ins, and conversion rates right inside your AI Studio project. This article walks you through how to access those features, read your performance data, and manage form submissions.
About AI Studio Analytics
AI Studio Analytics gives you built-in reporting for any published AI Studio project. You can monitor traffic, visitor engagement, and lead conversions without manually setting up any analytics tracking.
Each project includes an Analytics dashboard showing page views, unique page views, opt-ins, opt-in rate, average time on site, and visitor trends. You'll also find reports on your most-visited pages, traffic sources, devices, browsers, and visitor locations.
Form Submissions gives you a centralized place to review leads captured through connected forms on your AI Studio website. You can filter records by form or date and access related contacts in Captivation Hub.
You can also view AI Studio performance across multiple sites by going to Funnels & Websites → Analytics → AI Studio. When a visitor submits a connected form, their page visits and form submission events can appear in the contact's Activity timeline.
Note: Forms connected before this feature was released continue counting opt-ins. To associate new submissions with the pages visitors viewed beforehand, ask AI Studio to reconnect form tracking and publish the website again.
Step 1 — Access Your AI Studio Analytics
AI Studio Analytics lets you view website performance metrics directly within your project, including traffic trends, conversion activity, page engagement, and visitor details.
- In the left navigation menu, click AI Studio.
- Open the published project you want to analyze.
- Click More in the top navigation bar.
- Select Analytics from the menu.
- Click Overview to open the analytics dashboard.
The Overview displays key metrics including page views, unique page views, opt-ins, opt-in rate, and changes compared to the previous reporting period. You can also review average time on site, early exits, top-performing pages, and visitor breakdowns by source, device, browser, and location.
Step 2 — View and Manage Form Submissions
The Form Submissions view gives you one place to review all leads captured through connected website forms. You can inspect submissions, filter results, find associated contacts, and even kick off a workflow from here.
- In the left navigation menu, click AI Studio.
- Open the project that has your connected forms.
- Click More in the top navigation bar.
- Select Analytics.
- Click Form Submissions.
- Review the All Submissions table to see captured leads.
The dashboard shows total submissions and a list of captured leads, including submission dates, contact names, and available contact details. You can also click Create Workflow to start setting up an automation.
View Lead Attribution in Contact Activity
When a visitor submits a connected form on your AI Studio website, Captivation Hub can link their page visits, traffic source, and form submission to their contact record. This makes it easier to understand where a lead came from and what they viewed before converting.
- Navigate to Contacts.
- Select the contact you want to review.
- Open the Activity panel in the contact details.
- Look for Page Visited and Form Submitted events, along with any available attribution data.
Step 3 — View Analytics Across Multiple Sites
You can also access AI Studio reporting through the main Analytics dashboard, which lets you compare performance across different website asset types.
- Navigate to Funnels & Websites → Analytics.
- Open the asset-type dropdown at the top and select AI Studio.
- Use the project filter to select All or choose a specific AI Studio project.
- Adjust the date range to review performance for the selected period.
This consolidated view makes it easy to compare AI Studio project performance alongside other assets, including funnels and websites.
