How do I change my password?

This procedure outlines the steps required to change your password.

Performed by:

Steps:

1. Log into your Captivation Hub account.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Select My Profile.

4. Enter the temporary password within the Change Password section.

5. Enter the new password of your choice in the Password and Confirm Password fields.

6. Click Update Password 

Results:

• You have changed your password.
