Captivation Hub adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF). If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.

This information will depend on your prior interactions with Captivation Hub and the sensitivity of Personal Information at issue. If Captivation Hub denies your request, we will explain why. If we have not responded to your request or asked for additional time to respond within 45 days after you send us a request, you have the right to appeal our failure to take action. You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CPA on your behalf in certain circumstances. If you use an authorized agent for this purpose, Captivation Hub may ask you to verify your identity or that you provided the authorized agent signed permission to submit a request under the CPA.
