Affiliate Manager Overview

Getting Started: 

To make your Affiliate Manager Campaign live, follow these prerequisites:

1. Add and Upload Affiliates to the Affiliate Manager.
2. Enable Stripe Connect (Settings > Integrations > Stripe Connect).
3. Create an Affiliate Campaign including the following:
   • Funnel/website
   • Products for commission splitting
   • Percentage of commission
   • Frequency of payout
   • List of affiliates
   • Cookie life

These steps detail the process of creating and using the Affiliate Manager feature (each step is covered thoroughly in a separate guide):

Step 1: Create a Funnel and Add Products to it.
Step 2: Upload or Add your Affiliates to the Affiliate Manager.
Step 3: Create an Affiliate Manager Campaign.
Step 4: Manage your Affiliate Payouts.

Tips:

• Once the affiliate campaign is created and published, each enrolled affiliate will receive a unique affiliate link to share.
• Check the ‘Payout-Pending’ tab to view commissions and payouts (updates occur on the 1st of the month following a customer's signup via an affiliate link).
• As an affiliate owner, you can view generated payouts and decide whether to approve or deny each payout.
• After approving a payout, export the list and upload it to your payment gateway to process payments manually. Update the payment status to ‘Paid’ in the Affiliate Manager.
• To add sales to an affiliate manually, navigate to Marketing > Affiliate Manager > Affiliates, and click on the menu dots to select “Add Manual Sales.”

• There is a Media tab where you can add files specifically for the Affiliate Manager

Customize Affiliate Manager Naming Conventions:

1. Access Settings: Navigate to the Marketing tab> Affiliate Manager section.
2. Open Customizations: Select the 'Customizations' option.

1. Edit Titles: Change titles like 'affiliate', 'campaign', and 'media' to preferred terms.
2. Align with Industry: Choose names that closely align with your specific industry or audience.

2. Save Changes: After editing, save the changes to update the system.
